Navi Radjou is an innovation and leadership strategist based in Silicon Valley. He is also a Fellow at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and a World Economic Forum (WEF) faculty member. He is a member of WEF’s Global Agenda Council on Design Innovation and a regular columnist on HBR.org.

Navi is co-author of the bestseller Jugaad Innovation: Think Frugal, Be Flexible, Generate Breakthrough Growth. The Economist calls it “the most comprehensive book yet to appear on the subject” of frugal innovation.

Navi is also co-author of From Smart To Wise, a book on next generation

leadership (Jossey-Bass, 2013). CEO coach Marshall Goldsmith calls it a “fascinating book” and management guru Peter Senge views it as “an immensely practical guide for those who are serious about their development as leaders.”

Most recently, Navi served as Executive Director of the Centre for India & Global Business at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Previously, he was a longtime VP/analyst at Forrester Research in Boston and San Francisco and advised senior executives worldwide on breakthrough growth strategies.

Navi has consulted with leading international organizations—including Ernst & Young, GM, Hitachi, IBM, Marks & Spencer, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, SAP, Sprint, and TCS—on innovation and leadership strategies.

Navi has been featured in New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Economist, BusinessWeek, and Financial Times. He has published articles and op-eds in MIT Sloan Management Review, BusinessWeek, and WSJ. Navi is a sought-after speaker who has regularly addressed the World Economic Forum, Council on Foreign Relations, The Conference Board, Asia Society, and more.
